From the Chairperson's Desk
Vivekananda says, "To
succeed, you must have tremendous perseverance, tremendous
will…. I will drink the ocean, says the persevering soul,
at my will, Mountains will crumble up." This philosophy
is enshrined in the soul of the MAIHM and is enlivened by
the lifeblood- the faculty and students. Without a purpose,
a direction and the right bend of mind, the practice of
management remains just that- a practice. "Doing is very
good, but that comes from thinking…." Fill the brains therefore,
with high thoughts, highest ideals, place them before you
day and night and out will come great work." This is what
the MAIHM stands for and propels the students to achieve.
A new shift in values
and priorities of liberalisation and globalisation has developed
the aim of grooming future managers whose self-concept successfully
integrates with new emerging corporate identity.
MAIHM lays emphasis on
being reasonable and fair as well as flexible. Constant
up gradation of myriad management skills attains utmost
importance in order to achieve competence in the fast changing
corporate environment.
At, MAIHM it has been
our commitment to the students, their parents and the society
at large that we will provide high quality of management
education by way of ensuring the requisite Institute culture,
faculty, courses, pedagogy, infrastructure & facilities
and organisational networking The quality of education alone
can ensure that the students develop the capability and
competence required to perform and deliver results in the
organisations where they work |

From the Director's Desk
In the post-liberalisation era, the need
for formal management education has become paramount and
cannot be over-emphasized. It is a matter of great pleasure
for management educationists to know that management is
the most sought after discipline today. The large number
of regional, national and international programmes available
in the field of management supports this fact.
Maharshi Arvind group
is one of the pioneer institutions, which started imparting
management education way back in 1999. it is approved by
All India council for technical education and affiliated
to university of Rajasthan under the aegis of Arvind Bharti
Vidalaya Samiti. Being a socially responsible institution,
the institute has always honoured its commitment to various
stakeholders like students, organisations and the society.
The institute has evolved
a unique system of skills enhancement program. The aspiring
managers conduct various activities throughout the academic
year in order to developed their leadership skills, values
of cohesiveness, decision making ability, increasing knowledge
base and value of good human being. The institute is set
in a blend of academic and research ambience and caters
largely to the overall development of student's personality.
Not only do we inculcate in them the best of creative and
technical qualifications we, also teach them indispensable
human qualities." |
